Hidden River Estate

Hidden River Estate is a winery and restaurant set among the tall karri forest in Pemberton’s Southern Forests Wine Region. It is the natural stop for lunch after a ride at Pemberton MTB Park or the Pemberton Arboretum Trail Network. The restaurant serves a modern European menu with Middle Eastern influences, built around local and seasonal produce. Dishes range from hearty mains and sharing platters to desserts, with vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free options. The cellar door offers tastings and sales of the estate’s own cool-climate wines alongside Picardy’s range, from Blanc de Blanc sparkling through to Pinot Noir and other reds. The restaurant was awarded Cellar Door with Best Food in the 2022 Gourmet Traveller WINE Best Cellar Door Awards. Open Wednesday to Sunday, 11am–4pm. Bookings are recommended, especially on weekends. The estate also hosts weddings, functions and seasonal events such as the annual Truffle Dinner.
