Weekends & public holidays | 10am–3pm* | Closed June–August *Maybe earlier or later, depending on our mood, our supplies and your enthusiasm! Our elevated coastal bush setting can be beautifully wild. Bring layers, good walking shoes and a healthy respect for Tassie weather—it changes its mind often. Settle on the deck, gather around the firepit or stretch out on the lawn and let the 270° views do their thing. Walk-ins are preferred. Reservations available with $25 PayID deposit to thegeorgetas@gmail.com, deducted from your bill on the day. No-shows forfeit the deposit, and tables are held for 15 minutes unless you let us know you’re running late. A little wild. A little luxe.
