Wallaroo Camping Hire and Adventure Store

Wallaroo Camping Hire is a Melbourne outdoor-gear hire business, started in 2014 so people could borrow quality camping equipment instead of buying it. It has since expanded into hiking and glamping, including bell tents and glamping packages. It hires camping gear, hiking boots and packs, and glamping setups to individuals, families and small groups. It also supplies event accommodation (attendees book through Wallaroo) and large group bookings, from more than 50 people up to a couple of thousand, often with group pricing. Clients include festivals, schools, weddings, Duke of Edinburgh groups, Scouts, community groups and university clubs. Staff can advise on gear and on camping and hiking in general. Gear can also be bought through the related Wallaroo Adventure Store. Pick-up is from 3/7 Levanswell Road (enter off Tabbita Street), Moorabbin, Victoria 3189. Standard hours are : Monday–Saturday: 9:00–5:00 Sunday: 1:00–5:00 (closed public holidays) Outside-hours pick-ups and returns available.
