Bunbury BMX Club

Bunbury BMX Club is a thriving, family-friendly BMX racing club based in Withers, Bunbury, Western Australia, welcoming riders from young Mini Wheelers through to adults and experienced racers. With more than 200 members, the club has built a strong community around BMX, with an emphasis on friendship, participation and enjoying the sport together. The club calls Bunbury BMX Club at Eelup Rotary home. The facility underwent a major redevelopment in 2010 and features a UCI-compliant five-metre start ramp and two pro straights, providing riders with an impressive track on which to learn, train and race. Regular club activities include gate practice, coaching and BMX racing, giving riders plenty of opportunities to develop their starts, bike handling and race craft. Mini Wheelers are also catered for, making the club a great entry point for younger children and families discovering BMX for the first time. Bunbury BMX has a proud racing history and has hosted major competition, including the Western Australian BMX State Championships. The club has also helped develop riders who have gone on to compete at the very highest level — Australian Olympian Lauren Reynolds began racing at Bunbury BMX at just nine years old. Whether you're introducing the kids to BMX, keen to try racing yourself or looking for a supportive club to continue developing your skills, Bunbury BMX Club is a fantastic place to connect with the BMX community in WA's South West.
