Castlemaine Cycling Club

Castlemaine Cycling Club is the road and cyclo-cross club for Castlemaine. It is not Castlemaine Rocky Riders, the MTB club already on Ride the State. In 2026 the club is proud host of Round 2 of the AusCycling Victorian Cyclo-cross State Series (VICXS) — the Belle Property Castlemaine Cyclo-Cross — on Sunday 21 June at Campbells Creek Recreation Reserve. Categories include Men and Women A/B/C, Open, Young Guns and kids racing. Adult riders need AusCycling Race All Discipline or Off-Road membership, or a trial/event licence. Event contact published on EntryBoss is the Castlemaine Cycling Club event director, alongside AusCycling Victoria’s road, track and CX lead. No first-party club website was opened; Facebook is blank for the same reason. Race entry for the 2026 CX round is on EntryBoss. Membership and licences are through AusCycling. Castlemaine Cycling Club is the Goldfields CX and road club — Rocky Riders remain the dirt club.
