About this club
Centenary Plains BMX Club is a long-established, family-focused BMX racing club based at Waller Park in Browns Plains, Queensland. The club's story began in 1983 as Browns Plains BMX Club, when local families built the original track from scratch. In 1998, the club merged with Centenary BMX Club to become Centenary Plains BMX Club. Today the club has more than 200 registered members and a competition-quality BMX track, creating a supportive environment for riders and families to enjoy the sport. The facility has continued to evolve over the years and now includes a pump track, clubhouse, improved start hill and upgraded access, giving riders even more opportunities to develop their skills. Centenary Plains offers plenty of opportunities to get on the bike, with coaching, gate practice and regular club racing forming part of its riding program. The track is also accessible outside organised sessions for riders to roll around and practise, although the starting gate only operates when coaches or committee members are on site. The club has a proud competitive history, producing riders who have competed successfully at local, state, national and international levels, while remaining firmly focused on providing a welcoming grassroots BMX community. Whether you're discovering BMX for the first time, looking to improve your skills or keen to get involved in racing, Centenary Plains BMX Club is a great place to connect with the BMX community in Logan and South East Queensland.
