About this club

Central Coast Touring Cycle Club Inc (CCTCC) is a social touring club on the NSW Central Coast, just north of Sydney. It is not a racing club. Members meet on Sunday and Thursday mornings for recreational rides, graded easy, medium and hard, with stops to regroup and take in the scenery. Thursday rides suit beginners able to ride at least 20 km at an easy pace. Sunday rides vary in distance and difficulty. The club also runs social events and multi-day touring rides. Gosford rides leave from Masons Parade, between the swimming pool and yacht club; Wyong rides leave from Centennial Park, between the bowling club and the toilets. Bicycles and legal pedelec e-bikes (250 W, cut-out at 25 km/h, no throttle) are welcome. Throttle e-bikes, petrol assistance, child chariots and cyclists under 18 are not permitted. You do not have to be super fit to ride with CCTCC. A ride calendar is posted three times a year. Ride reports through 2026 are published on the club site. Visitors may attend three guest rides before a modest annual membership is required. The club strongly advises joining an organisation such as Bicycle NSW for cyclist insurance. CCTCC is a volunteer, easy-going social club — come for a Thursday coffee ride or a Sunday tour of the coast.
