Geelong & Surf Coast Cycling Club

Geelong & Surf Coast Cycling Club (GSCC) is a Masters road-racing club racing in the hinterland of Geelong’s Surf Coast at Paraparap. The club is a not-for-profit incorporated association, affiliated with AusCycling from late 2020, and is administered by a volunteer board. Sunday racing is at 9:00am for club and visiting AusCycling members (men 30 years or older and women 23 years or older). Wednesday racing at 10:00am is for SuperVet members (men 60+ / women 50+). Races start from the club rooms at the corner of Hendy Main and Grassdale Roads, Paraparap, on Wadawurrung Country. A working tail light is required. The 2026 EntryBoss calendar includes handicap and graded scratch races on local loops (Blackgate Road, Forest Road, Nobles Road, Larcombes) plus SuperVet midweek racing. Handicap and scratch bunches are set to ability. New riders can use AusCycling’s free trial and select GSCC as their Victorian club. GSCC is volunteer-run, with handicappers, race directors, commissaires and a marshal roster. Membership is through AusCycling (Ride, Club or Race), plus a supporter option at club-fee only. If you want friendly Masters road racing on the Surf Coast hinterland, GSCC is the Paraparap club.
