The club caters for riders from young Mini Wheelers and Sprockets through to junior, senior and cruiser racers, providing a welcoming pathway for riders to learn BMX skills, build confidence and progress into racing. The club runs regular training and race nights throughout the season and is an active part of the North West BMX community. The club offers training, Friday night racing and a season-long club championship, with riders also travelling to compete against neighbouring Pilbara clubs. Hire bikes, helmets and gloves are available for training and racing, making it easier for new riders to give BMX a try without needing to purchase all their equipment straight away. RTS Tip: New to BMX? Hedland BMX is a great place to start, with club bikes and protective equipment available to hire for $10 for training or racing. Check the club calendar for upcoming sessions and race nights before heading down. The club is also helping shape the new BMX pump and jump track being developed at the JD Hardie Adventure Park, due to open later in 2026.
