South Coast United Mountain Bikers

South Coast United Mountain Bikers or 'SCUM' is a not for profit, volunteer-run mountain bike club based in Nowra on the NSW South Coast, passionate about growing the love of mountain bike riding in the Shoalhaven. Since 2004, we’ve been building and maintaining trails, supporting riders of all ages and abilities, and creating opportunities to ride — from relaxed social spins with friends to competitive races for aspiring athletes. With 3 different trail networks, SCUM has something for everyone: flowing cross-country loops, skills parks, pump tracks, flow and air-flow trails and community-built singletrack, all of which showcase some of the region’s best riding. Our events calendar is just as diverse, featuring The "Holiday Haven" Flow X Series, XC Series, and our weekly Crit Races during summer, plus a strong focus on junior development and regular track work days where riders come together to give back. SCUM acknowledges the traditional custodians of the lands on which we meet and ride, the Jerrinja and Wandi Wandian people.
