Southern Districts BMX Raceway

Southern Districts BMX Raceway is a dedicated BMX racing facility in Medina, around 20 minutes south of Perth, and home to the Southern Districts BMX Raceway club. The track and surrounding facilities have been established in the area for more than 30 years, set among large gum trees and maintained grassed areas that provide plenty of space for riders, families and spectators. The velodrome-style BMX track is designed for BMX racing and caters for a broad range of riders, from young Mini Wheelers and developing Sprockets through to experienced racers. The venue regularly hosts club racing, coaching and larger BMX competitions, and has previously been selected to host the WA BMX Racing State Championships. A particularly handy feature of the venue is the excellent vehicle access around the perimeter, allowing spectators to watch racing from around the track, while the surrounding lawns and shade trees create a relaxed setting during warmer weather.
