Adcock Park Velodrome

Adcock Park Velodrome in West Gosford is a classic outdoor cycling track on the NSW Central Coast. The approximately 460m asphalt velodrome loops around the athletics field at Garnet Adcock Memorial Park and is used for both recreational riding and organised track cycling. It’s home turf for Central Coast Cycling Club, which uses the venue for track training and racing, catering for riders from beginners and juniors through to experienced competitors. Outside organised club activities, the velodrome is generally available for public use, making it a handy spot for training laps, building fitness or experiencing track-style riding without needing an indoor facility. RTS Tip: Check for club training, racing or athletics act ities before heading down, as access can be restricted or shared when organised sessions are underway. If you're new to riding a velodrome, keep your line predictable, be aware of faster riders and use the quieter outer sections while you get comfortable.
