Burdekin BMX Track
About this ride
Burdekin BMX is the Ayr home track of the Burdekin BMX Club, about an hour south of Townsville, and it serves riders from Ayr, Home Hill and Brandon. It's a small, friendly club with regular club racing and a two-day Burdekin Cup carnival, where you can camp for the weekend. Racing runs from mini wheelers and sprockets through to masters and superclass. You'll need an AusCycling membership to race, and new riders are welcome at club nights.
