Fairy Valley Loop

The Fairy Valley Loop is a short and accessible gravel cycling route around Tenterfield in the New England High Country, perfect for riders looking to squeeze a scenic local ride into their visit without committing to one of the region's bigger gravel adventures. Covering approximately 7.8km with around 140m of elevation, the loop takes about an hour and combines gravel roads with sealed sections. Its shorter distance makes it a great option for a relaxed morning or afternoon spin, newer gravel riders, or anyone wanting to add another ride while spending a cycling weekend around Tenterfield. Tenterfield is surrounded by quiet country roads and beautiful New England landscapes, and the Fairy Valley Loop offers an approachable taste of the region's gravel riding.
