Onkaparinga River National Park opens shared-use cycling on Punchbowl Link, Gorge Link and Old Coach Link trails above the gorge south of Adelaide. Intermediate Punchbowl Link (~6 km) mixes native bushland, ridge views and rocky sections; Old Coach has a steep middle that rewards experienced riders. Ride formed signed trails only, yield to walkers and horses, and check parks.sa cycling maps for current grades.
