Railway Dam

Railway Dam MTB Trails on the southern edge of Narrogin offer a compact but varied mountain biking network that’s great for everything from beginner laps to a quick hit of more technical riding. The network includes the flowing 1.2km green 1K Loop, the 4km Novice Loop and the main 5.4km blue-rated Griffo Circuit, which rolls across the hillside with plenty of rocky rises, descents and changes in elevation. More experienced riders can seek out Havoc, a short black-rated downhill loop featuring a rock garden, platform, step-down, berms and rock rollovers. Railway Dam also has parking and picnic facilities and sits directly opposite Foxes Lair, making it easy to combine the two areas for a longer Narrogin ride. RTS Tip: Don’t stop after one lap. Railway Dam is ideal for linking different loops together, and you can cross over to Foxes Lair for another 5.5km of riding if you want to turn it into a bigger session.
