About this ride
Seeonee Park at Limestone Creek, between Rockhampton and Yeppoon, is a cross-country mountain bike network managed by Rockhampton Mountain Bike Club (Rocky MTB). Set within the 600-acre Scouts Queensland property, the network offers a collection of XC trails catering for a range of abilities, with natural singletrack, climbs and descents through the bushland. It’s particularly popular as an endurance training ground and regularly hosts club social rides, cross-country races and regional competitions. Compared with Rocky MTB’s larger First Turkey network, Seeonee is a smaller and more XC-focused riding area, making it a great option for riders looking to build fitness, practise cross-country skills or get in some training laps. RTS Tip: Seeonee Park is privately owned by Scouts Queensland and MTB access is restricted to Rockhampton Mountain Bike Club members during designated hours — it isn’t a 24/7 public trail network.
