About this ride
Bendigo BMX Track – Albert Roy Reserve, Eaglehawk Get the wheels rolling at the Bendigo BMX Track in Eaglehawk, a dedicated BMX racing facility located alongside Albert Roy Reserve in Greater Bendigo. Home to the Bendigo BMX Club, the track features a hard-surface BMX race circuit with approximately 20 jumps of varying sizes and three banked turns, including one large berm. Designed for BMX racing, the circuit gives riders a mix of rollers, jumps and corners where they can work on speed, pumping, jumping and bike-handling skills. It's a great addition to Bendigo's already impressive cycling scene and another option for riders looking to mix up their time on the bike. The track sits within the wider Albert Roy Recreation Reserve precinct, around 500 metres south of central Eaglehawk, making it easy to combine with a visit to Eaglehawk or other riding around Greater Bendigo. For BMX riders, families and anyone interested in getting involved with racing, the local Bendigo BMX Club provides a pathway into the sport and a community of riders using the facility. And if you're visiting Bendigo with bikes on board, don't stop here — Greater Bendigo has plenty more cycling to discover, from mountain bike trails and gravel riding to rail trails, pump tracks and family-friendly cycling. RTS Tip: This is an active BMX racing facility and club venue, so access may vary around club training, racing and events. Check current club or facility information before making a special trip and always respect organised activities taking place at the track.
