Anglesea Bike Park
About this ride
Anglesea Bike Park is a purpose-built mountain bike facility on Victoria’s Surf Coast, just a short ride from the centre of Anglesea. Opened in 2006, it was Victoria’s first professionally designed Mountain Cross (4X) track and was designed by renowned trail builder Glen Jacobs of World Trail. The park’s approximately 400m 4X track features rollers, jumps, tabletops, berms and flowing straights, with features ranging from small and approachable through to larger options for more experienced riders. Alongside the main track, riders can explore dirt jumps, skills features and log rides, making the park a great place to practise technique or simply have some fun on the bike. Surrounded by tall pines and located only around 1km from Anglesea’s town centre and beaches, it’s an easy addition to a day of riding and exploring the Surf Coast. Facilities include parking, toilets, shelter and picnic areas. RTS Tip: The bike park closes during rain and when heavy rain is forecast to protect the track surface, reopening once conditions have dried out. Check conditions before heading over, particularly after wet weather.
