Ashmore BMX Track
About this ride
Ashmore BMX Track is a purpose-built BMX racing facility at Ashmore Village Park on the Gold Coast, home to Ashmore BMX Club. OpenStreetMap maps the club sports centre on Currumburra Road; Gold Coast City Council lists a BMX park at the reserve, with barbecues, drinking fountains, picnic tables, a playground, toilets and soccer fields alongside the track. Ashmore BMX Club was established in 1980 and is run by volunteers. EntryBoss club pages describe a family-friendly club welcoming riders from Mini Wheelers (from two years old on strider bikes) through to adults over 50 on cruisers or dirt jumpers. Regular Friday night club racing is listed for 2026, with registration and practice from 6:00pm and racing from 7:00pm. All riders need an AusCycling membership to race. The track is a closed racing environment — come down on a race night to see the layout and meet the committee.
