Casey Fields

Casey Fields BMX Track – Cranbourne East - is a purpose-built BMX racing facility in Cranbourne East, Melbourne, and home to Casey BMX Club. Opened in 2017, the regional-standard BMX track forms part of the huge Casey Fields sporting precinct and has developed into one of Victoria’s recognised BMX racing venues, including hosting the 2019 Victorian State Championships. The City of Casey describes it as one of the best BMX tracks in Victoria. Cranbourne East BMX Track features a substantial start hill leading into fast straights, jumps and large banked turns. Several sections provide parallel lines with different-sized jumps, giving experienced riders opportunities to choose their line and develop their jumping, speed and race skills. The track supports BMX racing, coaching and rider development, with Casey BMX Club running sessions for riders ranging from beginners learning BMX fundamentals through to established racers developing race craft and fitness. Another bonus is the wider Casey Fields Regional Cycling Precinct. The BMX track sits inside the 2.2km closed-road criterium circuit, so there are multiple cycling facilities within the one destination.
