Centre Road BMX Track – South Eastern BMX Club - in Oakleigh South is home to the South Eastern BMX Club, one of Victoria’s longest-established BMX clubs and a significant part of Melbourne’s BMX racing history. The club was established in 1979, making it one of the early BMX clubs formed in Victoria. Located at 1051–1053 Centre Road, Oakleigh South, the purpose-built BMX racing track features the classic combination of jumps, rollers, fast straights and banked turns, providing a dedicated facility for riders to develop speed, bike handling and BMX race skills. The track has a particularly strong history in Victorian BMX and became well known for the Cash Dash, an event that attracted some of Australia’s leading BMX riders over the years.
