About this ride
Located in Sydney’s south on the edge of the Royal National Park, the Loftus MTB Network offers over 100km of interconnected singletrack and fire trails, making it one of Sydney’s premier mountain biking destinations. With everything from flowing beginner-friendly cross-country loops to steep, technical black diamond descents, there’s something for every rider. The popular 10km Loftus Loop is ideal for beginners and XC riders, while more experienced riders can tackle iconic trails such as Holy Trail, Bobcats, and Signalhouse, featuring rock gardens, drops, berms, jumps and technical features. The main trailheads are located at Loftus Oval and Farnell Avenue. The trails are not very well sign posted so make sure you check the maps.
