Waratah Park Mountain Bike Short Track is a purpose-built MTB circuit at Waratah Park, Sutherland, distinct from the live hub card for Waratah Park / Oval Cycling Track (road/criterium loops). Sutherland Shire Council’s BMX and mountain bike riding page names Waratah Park Mountain Bike Short Track at 40 Rawson Avenue, Sutherland, as part of the Waratah Park cycling precinct, with tight and twisty corners, jumps, rock gardens, multiple lines, parking and floodlights. Mill Creek MTB Trails’ where-to-ride page says the short track sits next to the Sutherland Shire Cycling Club clubhouse, is maintained by the club, and is approximately 2 km of relatively flat-gradient singletrack aimed at beginners or kids, with on-site parking and fresh water. OpenStreetMap maps the Sutherland Shire Cycling Club node at the precinct (used as the pin; no named MTB short-track way was found). The live hub already lists the sealed Waratah Park / Oval Cycling Track. This card is the dirt short track only. Council notes the cycling facilities may be booked by clubs.
